Synthestat is a product of Briar Hamsfest Consulting s.r.o. (public name Briar), which operates this portal. The portal is hosted by Contabo in Germany (EU).

Who the portal is for

Synthestat serves business customers only. Access is by subscription agreed with us; there is no consumer offer and no open sign-up. Accounts are created through an invitation for people who act for a subscribing organisation. Plans, prices, credits and usage rights are agreed for each subscription; see the terms of use.

Customers cannot publish content through the portal: what an organisation stores in its workspace is visible only to that organisation's users and is not disseminated to the public. In our assessment the portal is therefore not an online platform and we run no notice-and-action procedure for published content.
